"Tamara and Vicky (the registered managers) were professional, flexible and pro-active. They worked at speed with Calderdale MBC to set up short term accommodation, including working with a wide range of partners and stakeholders. Vicky and Tamara were ready to take on any challenge from working with CQC, Local Authority commissioners and care staff from other organisations to directly providing support to people leaving hospital."
